Please upload necessary items for application form, 2 photos (*Shot within 1 month *Only 1 person can be seen) and click "confirmation" button! Entry acceptance email will be sent after a complete entry.

Application by post
Please print the application form (A4 size) from the application site, fill out the nexessary items with your own handwriting, and add 2 photos (*Shot within 1 month *Only 1 person can be seen), and send the application form to the address.
*Please write your name on the back of the photo.
